Shipping Policy

How we get your order to you

Good news: We ship worldwide! And yes, we offer free standard shipping on US orders over $50. Because paying for shipping is the worst.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays
  • Orders placed after 12pm EST ship the next business day
  • Weekend orders ship Monday

3. Shipping Locations

We ship from:

  • Newark, NJ (East Coast)
  • Los Angeles, CA (West Coast)

Your order ships from the location closest to you for fastest delivery.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page.

5. International Orders

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • Taxes charged by your country

These are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination. We have no control over these charges.

Customs Delays

International orders may be delayed by customs processing. This is beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors
  2. Contact your local post office
  3. Email us at support@lilycurve.com and we'll investigate

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Email us within 48 hours
  • We'll send a replacement immediately

7. Incorrect Addresses

You're responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you realize you made a mistake:

  • Email us IMMEDIATELY at support@lilycurve.com
  • If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it
  • If the order has shipped, we cannot redirect it
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to reship

8. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails:

  • The carrier will usually attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • After failed attempts, the package may be held at a local facility
  • Contact the carrier directly to arrange pickup or redelivery

Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery, the package will be returned to us. You'll receive a refund minus original shipping costs once we receive the return.

9. Holiday Shipping

During holidays (November-December), processing and delivery may take longer. Order early!
