Here's our promise: If it doesn't fit, doesn't feel right, or just isn't you — send it back. We'll make it right. No awkward questions, no restocking fees, no stress.

✅ Our Return Policy

  • 60-day window: From the date your order is delivered
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Original packaging: Preferred but not required
  • Final sale items: Cannot be returned (marked clearly at checkout)
Tried it on but didn't wear it out? That's totally fine. Just make sure there's no makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear.

🔄 How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Start Your Return

  1. Go to our Order Tracking page
  2. Enter your order number and email
  3. Select the items you want to return or exchange
  4. Choose: Refund or Exchange
  5. Print your prepaid return label (US orders)

Step 2: Pack It Up

  • Place items back in the original packaging if you have it
  • Include the packing slip or write your order number on a piece of paper
  • Seal the package securely

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • US orders: Use the prepaid label we provided. Drop off at any carrier location.
  • International orders: Ship to the address below. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for international orders.

Step 4: Get Your Refund or Exchange

  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Exchanges: New item ships within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.

Want store credit instead? We'll add an extra $5 to your account as a thank you. Just select "Store Credit" during your return.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem.

  • Exchanges are always free (we cover shipping both ways)
  • If your new item costs more, we'll charge the difference
  • If your new item costs less, we'll refund the difference
  • Exchanges ship within 2–3 business days of receiving your return

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, or with removed tags
  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or other stains
  • Intimate items that have been worn (for hygiene reasons)

❓ Common Return Questions

What if I lost my packing slip?
No worries! Just write your order number and email on a piece of paper and include it in your return package.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! The recipient can start a return using the order number and their email. They'll receive store credit.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry! Email us at info@lilycurve.com with photos and we'll send a replacement immediately — no return needed.
How do I know if you received my return?
You'll get an email confirmation once we process your return. You can also check your order status on our tracking page.
Can I exchange for a completely different product?
For a different product, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order. This is faster and ensures you get the item before it sells out.
