  • Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
  • Weekend orders: Processed on the next business day

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Log into your account to view order history
  • Track on our Order Tracking page
Tracking not updating? Carriers sometimes take 24–48 hours to scan packages. If it's been more than 3 days with no update, contact us.

⚠️ Shipping Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have your order:

  1. Check with neighbors and around your property
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. Email us at info@lilycurve.com — we'll investigate and reship if needed

Wrong Address

We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address before your order ships, email us immediately at info@lilycurve.com. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, take photos and email us within 48 hours at info@lilycurve.com. We'll send a replacement right away.
