Will your shapewear make me look like I lost 10 pounds?
Honestly? It'll smooth and sculpt, but we're not magicians. Our shapewear is designed to enhance your natural curves, not completely transform your body. Think "best version of you" not "completely different person." And honestly? You look great already.
How do I wash LilyCurve products?
Hand wash cold with mild detergent, lay flat to dry. If you're lazy (no judgment), use a mesh laundry bag on the delicate cycle. Never put shapewear in the dryer — the heat breaks down the elastic. Trust us, we learned the hard way.
What's the difference between light, medium, and firm compression?
Light: Like a gentle hug. Smooths without squeezing. Great for everyday wear.
Medium: Noticeable shaping but still comfortable. Our most popular option.
Firm: Serious sculpting. You'll feel it, but you can still breathe and sit down.

Are your bras really wireless but supportive?
Yes! We use a combination of structured cups, wide bands, and strategic seaming to lift and support without the poky wires. Our DD+ customers are obsessed — check the reviews.
Will the shapewear roll down or ride up?
Not if you get the right size! Our pieces have silicone grippers and strategic boning to stay put. If you're experiencing rolling, you might need to size up or down — contact us and we'll help you troubleshoot.
Can I wear shapewear while pregnant?
We recommend sticking to our light compression pieces during pregnancy, or checking with your doctor first. We do have postpartum-specific items designed for new moms — check those out!
📏 Sizing Questions
What if I'm between sizes?
For shapewear, size down if you want more compression, up if you want comfort. For bras, always size up in the band if you're between sizes — a too-tight band is the worst. Still unsure? Check our Size Guide.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Absolutely! We carry XS through 5XL (US 0-32) in most styles. We're working on expanding even further — email us at info@lilycurve.com if you need a size we don't currently carry.
How do I measure myself correctly?
Check out our detailed Size Guide with step-by-step photos. Pro tip: measure in front of a mirror so you can make sure the tape stays level.
📦 Order & Shipping Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
US orders: 5–10 business days via Standard Shipping. All orders ship within 48 hours. International: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days). Check our full Shipping Info for details.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders fast (usually within a few hours). Email us immediately at info@lilycurve.com and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is processed.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by destination. See our Shipping Info page for details.
Will I have to pay customs/duties?
International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes in their country. These are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination. We have no control over these charges.

What's your return policy?

Are returns free?
We provide prepaid return labels for US orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Exchanges are always free. If your new size costs more or less, we'll adjust accordingly.
