To track your order:

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation (subject: "Your LilyCurve order has shipped!")
  2. Click the tracking link in that email, OR
  3. Enter your info below:

📦 What Your Tracking Status Means

Status What It Means
Order Placed We got your order! Processing begins within 1–2 business days.
Processing We're picking and packing your items with care.
Shipped Your order is on its way! Check your email for tracking.
In Transit Your package is moving through the carrier network.
Out for Delivery Today's the day! Your package will arrive today.
Delivered Your package has been delivered. Check your mailbox/porch!
Attempted Delivery Carrier tried to deliver but couldn't. Check for a notice or redelivery options.

⏱️ Delivery Times

  • Standard (US): 5–10 business days after shipping
  • International: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)
Processing time: All orders are shipped within 48 hours. Business days = Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekend orders ship Monday.

🚨 Tracking Issues

"Tracking number not found"

This usually means:

  • The carrier hasn't scanned your package yet (give it 24–48 hours)
  • There was a typo in the tracking number
  • Your order hasn't shipped yet (check your order status)

"Delivered" but you don't have it

  1. Check around your property — behind planters, with neighbors, at the leasing office
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  4. Still missing? Email us at info@lilycurve.com and we'll investigate

Tracking hasn't updated in days

This can happen when packages are:

  • In transit between sorting facilities
  • Delayed due to weather or high volume
  • Moving through customs (international orders)

If it's been more than 7 days with no update, contact us.

📧 Didn't Get Shipping Email?

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Search your email for "LilyCurve" or your order number
  3. Make sure you used the correct email at checkout
  4. Still nothing? Email us with your name and order details
